The 2016 USS Von Steuben SSBN 632 All-Hands Reunion will be held at Four Queens Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV on Tuesday, March 22 through Thursday, March 24. Events planned are a check-in and welcome on Tuesday, lunch on Wednesday and banquet on Thursday. All these are included in the $65/person registration fee. There is no Resort Fee!

These rates are for single or double occupancy. For extra persons the rate increases by $16.80 tax incl./person per night with a maximum of 4 person occupancy.

For these rates and to get included in the room nights that determine the cost we pay for other amenities, the reservations must be made through the Central Reservations Office at (800) 634-6045 and you must let them know this is for USS Von Steuben when making the reservation.

Some members of the Reunion Committee will be arriving on Sunday, March 20. If there are tours you are interested in attending we will get the information and have it for you at arrival. Just let us know on your reunion registration form.

A reminder:

The ship’s store will only have items that have already been ordered from the store on the reunion website www.ssbn632reunion.org since we will have to ship the merchandise out to Las Vegas and ship anything left over back. Orders must be received by February 1, 2016.

The Ship's Store is closed.

Cake Cutting at 2014 All-Hands Reunion Picnic

Gary Brewer, Jim Norton and Bob Neider cut the cake

We are here to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the commissioning of the USS Von Steuben SSBN 632.

Some of us here today were there during the commissioning ceremony on 30 September 1964.  SSBN 632 was not just a hull number.  For many of us it was our home address.  Now the old neighborhood is torn down and all that is left is memories.

Ah, Yes voices of the past

Speak to our hearts today.

And give to us encouragement

To sacrifice and pray

For the principles our founders stressed-

Truth, Justice, Loyalty-

That this land, our land, may ever stand

A nation of the free

A quote by General Colin Powell says:

No one has done more to prevent conflict – no one has made a greater sacrifice for the cause for Peace-than you, America’s proud missile submarine family.  You stand tall among our heroes of the cold war.
